(maaf ya, Dn belum bisa masak n belum belajar cara membuat osechi ini..susyee boo kata org jepun sendiri Ribeth biasanya org jepang beli langsung yg sdh jadi satu set). tahun).Kebiasaan sy menjelang akhir tahun penyakit yg sering kambuh yaitu kanker (kantong kering he he banyak yg ngundang makan malam soalnya).dan ngak kalah hebatnya penyakit yg betul betul menyiksa yaitu perut yg kembung (bahasa orang rumahmah di sebut meuleukbeuk ngak enak perut).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Kebiasaan melekbek kembung perut ini ternyata juga di alami hubby,biasanya bisa sampai 2 hari masih ngak enak perut(betul betul tersiksa).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Biasanya kalo udah begini minta ramuan emak mertua,dan di kasih tau ramuan yg ngak pake bahan pengawet dan betul betul aman.yaituramuan Salad bawang bombai dan parutan lobak..ternyata obat ini sangat mujarab..kami tdk pernah lagi menderita perut kembung atau tdk enak perut..salad bawang bombay dan parutan Lobak ini,pas banget jika di santap setelah mengkonsumsi banyak daging.Balik ke selera yg pasti jangan makan berlebihahan. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 buah bawang bombai (kalo bisa yg masih baru)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Serutan katsuobushi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sayu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Es batu secukupnya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kupas kulit bawang bombay,potong2 halus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cuci hingga bersih dgn air,angkat dan cuci kembali dgn air es..&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rendam bawang bombay dgn air es 15 /20 menit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Angkat tiriskan (peras dgn ke 2 tangan sampai tdk keluar airnya)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sajikan dgn parutan katsuobushi dan kucuran soyu.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;PARUTA LOBAK:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bahan:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lobak (parut halus)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Soyu(secukupnya)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Serutan katsuobushi (secukupnya 2 sdm)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Jako (ikan kecil,ikan tawar seperti ikan teri medan)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Parut halus lobak ,sajikan dgn serutan katsuobushi dan taburan ikan kecil dan kecap asin atau soyu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Note:Jika tdk suka dgn rasa soyu bisa di beri kucuran jeruk lemon dan dressing..(sy lebih suka soyu dan katsuobushi).Guna air es spy rasa bawang bombay tdk terlalu pedas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Pilih salah satu menu di atas,tdk usah ke 2nya.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;kebiasaan kami sekluarga jika menyantap daging bakar,atau steak..daging yg sdh di beri saus akan kami celupkan ke dlm parutan lobak.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Jika makan steak di restoran,kami akan menyantap parutan lobak yg di beri kucuran soyu dan serutan katsubushi ini di rumah.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Semoga bermanfaat dan ngak ada yg kembung ya menjelang tahun baru yg di gunakan yaitu mochi gome (beras ketan).Jadi teksture aselinya seperti nasi ketan,Jika memasak Okowa ini ,sy tdk pernah mengunakan beras ketan,tapi nasi biasa yg untuk di konsumsi sehari hari. di ind sy mengunakan beras pulen dan wangi (antara pandan wangi dan beras cianjur maaf sy lupa). &lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rendam kacang semalam,spy kacang tdk keras.Simpan kacang yg di rendam air dlm kulkas.spy air rendaman kacang tdk basi dan berlendir.karena rendaman air kacang juga di gunakan untuk menanak nasi.jika air rendaman kacang tdk mencukupi bisa di beri tambahan air biasa..dan jika kelebihan air bs di kurangi..Menggunaan air tergantung masing masing beras yg di gunakan.Cara sy 3 cups beras,3 cups sedikit lebih air yg di gunakan(karena jenis beras yg sy gunakan,hrs banyak air).Jadi seperti memasak nasi biasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ini resep OKOWA ala Nien&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 cups beras(cups biasa ukuran beras yg kecil)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Air (gunakan air rendaman azuki ..bisa di tambah dan di kurangi)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;100 gr Kacang merah (cuci dan rendam semalaman)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Toping campur jadi satu aduk rata :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;garam (secukupnya9&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Wijen hitam (suka suka)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cuci kacang merah hingga bersih.rendam semalam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cuci beras seperti biasa dan tanak seperti biasa,meaukan air,kacang merah beserta air rendamann kacangnya. (sy menanaknya mengunakan Electric rice cooker).Masak hingga matang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah matang,langsung aduk dan diamkan 10 atau 5 menit lagi..baru kemudian di angkat .&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Okowa siap di hidangkan dgn taburan wijen hitam dan garam.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Atau bisa bentuk sesuai selera bisa buat bekal picnik atau makan siang di taman&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;NOTE:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara menghidangkan okowa ..Ketika nas hendak di hidangkan..... beri taburan garam dan wijen hitam terlebih dahulu.pemberian garam jgn terlalu banyak asal ada rasa sajah.Jika akan di bentuk menghidangkannya.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bentuk terlebih dahulu okowa baru di beri taburan wijen hitam dan hampir mirip supa ICHIGOKAN (supa kebanyakan di jepang yg menjual barang dgn  sediiiiiiiiiikit miring).&lt;br /&gt;Pas tungak tengok,eh kok ternyata ini supa bikin jejingrakan kegirangan.Smua bahan bahan yg di jual murah banget,terus smua bahan bahan yg belum pernah sy liat selama tinggal di negri sakura disini smua tersedia.Di jual dgn harga bener bener miring dan porsi besar.Seperti ayam di jual utuh satu ekor dgn harga ￥1200 .daging sapi di jual /kg,dgn harga /kgnya ￥990 yen.butter ￥195 。duuh pokoke seneng banget ada supa ini..oh iy nama supanya GYOUMU supa..di Indonesia seperti ALFA market..&lt;br /&gt;kok jadi crita supa ya..balik ke crita,saking senengnya ada daging sapi  Australia di jual ￥ 990 1 kg.akhirnya bikin rendang lagi dach.lagian si kakak  juga pas liat ini daging /&gt;&lt;/a&gt; Haemul pajeon (seafood pancake) atau anak anak sering bilang bak'wanya daun bawang.Setidaknya 2 atau 3 kali dalam seminggu yg harus ada di meja makan.karena manfaat daun bawang menurut hubby *ATAMA NO NETSU TORU*maksudnya(menghilangkan hawa panas di otak)..organ tubuh bagian kepala itu mesin yg paling berat kerjanya katanya.Karena di gunakan untuk berpikir ,dan sebetulnya juga kepala kita itu kadang sering tdk tahan menahan panasnya.Maka kadang sering timbul penyakit sakit kepala,tapi kadang kita tdk menyadarinya.Untuk mencegahnya timbul keluar panas dr mesin kepala kita,di butuhkan makanan yg sifatnya mendinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;Salah satu makanan yg sifatnya mendinginkan itu yaitu daun bawang..biasanya jika hubby kelewat stress,dia pasti telp untuk masak menu ini.,karena seringnya telp.Akhirnya menu ini,jadi menu yg harus ada.&lt;br /&gt;Aroma daun bawang tdk akan tercium atau rasa pedasnya tdk akan terasa jika di beri campuran seafood.resep aseli disini&lt;a href="http://www.blogger.com/Korean%20Cuisine%20Seafood%20Pancake"&gt;Korean Cuisine Seafood Pancake &lt;/a&gt;....resep ini ngak pake takaran,sy biasanya cuma mengira ngira sesuai selera..Pancake ini hampir mirip pizza,tipis jangan terlalu banyak tepung.Daun bawang dan adonan tepung harus seimbang.Untuk seafood,biasanya sy beli yg sdh kumplit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;terigu&lt;br /&gt;Air&lt;br /&gt;Sea food&lt;br /&gt;cabe potong tipis (jika suka )&lt;br /&gt;telur&lt;br /&gt;Daun bawang&lt;br /&gt;2 sdn minyak oliveoil (suka suka )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan saus ala nien:&lt;br /&gt;Cuka (gunakan cuka khusus membuat susi,karena rasanya tdk terlalu asam)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak cabe (di buat dari minyak wijen dan cabe) malas bikin beli ,bisa beli jadi tersedia di supermarket&lt;br /&gt;Soyu (kecap asin)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;Campur smuanya bahan di atas jadi satu aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;panaskan teflon dan 2 sdm minyak,ratakan adonan(usahakan adonan dan bahan sayur sama rata).&lt;br /&gt;Jangan terlalu tebal,jangan terlalu tipis.Balik dgn hati hati.seperti membalik pancake.&lt;br /&gt;Hidangkan Haemul Pajeon hangat hangat dgn saus atau saus sambal..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus ala nien:&lt;br /&gt;Campur bahan saus hingga rata..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note:&lt;br /&gt;Gunakan pisau pemotong pizza untuk memotongnya..spy tdk berantakan.&lt;br /&gt;Membalikan Haemul ini kudu ati ati..gunakan ke 2 tangan ,satu pegang teflon satu tangan memegang /&gt;2 btr telurkacang almond panggang (boleh kenari, kacang tanah)&lt;br /&gt;vanili&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Lelehkan mentega dan dark cooking chocolate sampai lumer, pake wadah stainless yang dipanaskan diatas panci berisi air mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan gula, aduk sampai rata, masukkan telur, vanilli, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan terigu dan terakhir masukkan resep resep yg kontak bikin naga di perut berontak..Akhirnya browsingku terhenti,di menu resep yg bikin ail liur ngak bisa berhenti..METLED BROWNIE...hmm baru liatnya aja bikin naga kejer apalagi beneran nyicipnya kali ya..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sambil baca ini resep,nyengir sendiri.Sebetulnya ini brownies sering sy bikin kalo pas temennya anak anak maen ke rumah.Resep aslinya di kasih temen sih,tapi sy lupa Ingrediennya,yg sy inget coklat batangan,terus gula terus butter,terus terigu.nah waktu itu temen sy ngajarin ngak pake takaran,dia bilang satu satu terus pake jari he he he ,ginilah resep emak emak(maksudnya pake jari di icip aja kalo kurang gula tambah gula terus jari disini jg perbanding 1/1..jadi kalo 100 gula 100 terigu,100 butter 100 yg laennya juga...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nah pertama nyoba brownies ini,tanpa sengaja tiba tiba pet,lampu mati.jadi baru 10 menit di  oven otomatis mati.Sy pikir belum matang waktu itu, karena bagian tengahnya lembek .Tapi karena anak anak dach nunggu dgn manis ..Akhirnya di hidangkan juga brownies yg say pikir belum matang waktu itu,tapi anehnya brownies yg belum mateng ludes tak bersisa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya sy sering bikin brownies belum mateng ini.. dgn tambahan ceres coklat di tengahnya waktu itu.&lt;br /&gt;Pas ikutan millis kuliner,ternyata brownies belum matang yg biasa sy bikin.Emang ada,..jadi ngakak sendiri..keren pulak namanya MELTED BROWNIES... berarti emang ada resep yg seperti sy bikin,cuma karena gaptek belum tau.kalo emang ada resep brownies belum mateng ini he he he.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Biar ada takaran yg akurat,,kali ini sy coba BROWNIES AGOGO YG TERMASHUR..makasih resepnya ya mbak agogo..monggo kalo ada yg mo nyoba.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span Campur terigu, BP dan susu bubuk. Ayak diatas kom adonan, tambahkan ubi manis/telo ungu kukus. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur cokelat masak putih dan margarin, tim hingga leleh, aduk rata. Angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur telur, gula, SP dan vanili. Kocok dengan mikser hingga mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang campuran margarin, aduk dengan sendok kayu hingga rata, tambahkan pewarna ungu sesuai selera&lt;br /&gt;5. geprek.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taburan;&lt;br /&gt;Bawang merah goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan daging,bumbu sachet,santan ke dlm panci &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aduk hingga rata,masukkan smua bahan yg sdh di haluskan.Aduk hingga tercampur rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan dulu dan buang bijinya)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 cm jahe&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5 cm lengkuas (pake 1 sdt penuh leng bubuk)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 sdm garam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 sdm gula&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sdt kunyit bubuk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffff33;"&gt;&lt;span membuat&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Potong potong daging,sisihkan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur daging dgn bumbu yg di haluskan dan bumbu lainnya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Diamkan 2 jam atau lebih (sy semaleman)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur santan ke bumbu yg sdh di beri daging, sambil sesekali di aduk.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan kelapa sangrai yg sdh di haluskan,aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Jika air belum asat tapi daging sdh matang,angkat dulu daging.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan kacang merah atau kacang tolo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aduk terus bumbu dan santan sampai asat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah asat,masukan daging,diamkan lagi beberapa jam sebelum di hidangkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Nien diamkan lagi semaleman atau sehari..bener bener nyerep masuk ke daging.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hidangkan dgn taburan daun bawang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span untuk temen (red.japan)untuka anaknya yg ulangtahun hari ini,Betul betul tumpeng yg penuh tantangan.Karena masih mentahnya dan tdk adanya pengalaman .Support dr pemesan,temen sendiri juga rasa penasaran dan keinginan yg besar untuk mencoba,akhirnya memberanikan diri untuk mencoba membuat dan menerima tawarannya.&lt;br /&gt;1 minggu sebelum hari H,setiap hari mencoba berbagai menu indonesia dan sedikit modifikasi.Akhirnya buka buka koleksi resep ind dan tanya mertua cara meracik dashi (Kaldu ala jepang secara tradisional)Disini tantangan timbul.Karena harus memadukan 2 rasa sekaligus..Dan tentunya keluarga sbg the judge,barulah berani menyodorkan 3 menu di bawah,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Menu Indonesia dgn rempah kumplit (alias t 100 % masakan indonesia) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Menu Jepang ala Nien (maksudnya do mixs dgn lidah keluarga nien)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Menu Indonesia minim rempah dan santan di mixs dgn bahan bahan bumbu jepang (waloupn sy tdk ada pengalaman mencampur ke 2 bumbu)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;Alhasil temen milih menu no 3,dan rempah yg seminim mungkin.Betul betul tantangan yg sangat besar bagi sy,hampir menyerah dan putus asa.Berkat support Keluarga dan teman akhirnya berani mengampil kesempatan besar ini.Alhamdulilah star jam 10 pagi jam 2 siang tumpeng sdh kelar.(tapi ikan,daging juga membuat bumbunya start malam hari jam 10)Untung tumpeng ini hanya untuk 4 porsi saja,Jadi hanya sedikit membuatnya ,tapi banyak macam dan variasi menu.Disini sy tdk menggunakan MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) atau penyedap masakan ke bawah terus.Dan kendala ketika mendecor,jika menggunakan steples(gimana sih nulisnya).Khawatir lepas dan termakan,jadi akhirnya menggunakan double sulatip (bener ngak ya nulisnya,maaf kalo salah
